I Just Visited Beaches Treasure Beach Village—Here’s What You Should Know
I visited Beaches Turks & Caicos recently and had the chance to spend real time at the new Treasure Beach Village. After walking the area, touring the accommodations, and getting a feel for how it connects to the rest of the resort, I came away thinking this is one of the most important additions Beaches has made in years! I really love it.

If you have been researching Beaches Turks & Caicos, you have probably already seen the excitement around Treasure Beach Village. The big question, though, is whether it is actually worth booking for your family. After seeing it in person, I can tell you this is not just a few new rooms added onto an already popular resort. It feels like a meaningful upgrade in comfort, layout, and overall family experience.
What Treasure Beach Village Feels Like in Person
The first thing that stood out to me was how open and polished it felt. Treasure Beach Village has a more modern look than some of the older areas of the resort, but it still fits naturally into the Beaches Turks & Caicos experience. It feels fresh without feeling out of place.
The walkways, the spacing, and the layout all seemed more intentional. It did not have that crowded resort feeling that some large family resorts can get, especially when everyone is trying to move between pools, restaurants, and activities at the same time. It still feels lively, but it feels easier to breathe there.

The Beach! (My favorite Part)
The beach is still the star of the show, and it’s the reason so many families choose Beaches Turks & Caicos in the first place. Grace Bay is exactly what people hope for when they picture the Caribbean. The water is calm, clear, and easy for kids to swim in, and the sand is soft with plenty of space to spread out. When I was there, it never felt overcrowded, even during busier parts of the day. You can actually relax while the kids play, instead of constantly worrying about waves or conditions. Out of everything at the resort, this is still my favorite part! And since you can snorkel and do a lot of water fun for free, it’s definitely a hit.

The Rooms Are Incredible!
If you are trying to figure out what really makes Treasure Beach Village stand out, after the beach, start with the rooms. This is where I noticed the most obvious difference. These accommodations feel built for real families. They have options in different price levels, so you can really get what you want.
Also, there is a much better sense of separation and usable space. For parents, it’s great. For kids, it’s also great! For anyone staying more than a quick weekend, this matters a lot. It is easier to imagine unpacking, getting comfortable, and actually enjoying the room instead of just using it as a place to sleep.
What stood out to me most was the improved layout, the cleaner and more updated design, and the sense that the rooms were planned around how families travel. If you have stayed in some of the older villages before, you will notice the difference. The older villages are great, but Treasure Beach is new and modern. Incredible.

Location Within the Resort
One thing I always pay attention to when I visit a resort is how it actually functions once you are there. A place can look great online, but if getting to dinner, the beach, or the waterpark becomes a hassle, families feel that pretty quickly.
Treasure Beach Village is in a nice spot. It feels connected to the energy of the resort, but it does not feel chaotic. It has its own pool, and dining, but you can easily walk to other parts of the resort. If you walk the beach, it’s pretty fast to get to the Italian Village, or anywhere really. You can get where you need to go without feeling like you are constantly fighting crowds. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are traveling with kids, strollers, tired teenagers, or beach bags, it makes a real difference. I like to walk a lot on vacation to burn off calories, so it works for me!
Treasure Beach Village has Great Food!
The food is one of those areas where Beaches Turks & Caicos really separates itself from most all-inclusive resorts, and after being there recently, I can say it lives up to the reputation. What stood out to me wasn’t just the number of restaurants, but the consistency across them. You’re not relying on one or two “good” spots and settling for the rest. There are genuinely a lot of solid options, and you can eat well all week without feeling like you’re repeating the same experience. I made it a point to try a mix of everything, from casual beachside lunches to nicer sit-down dinners, and the quality held up across the board. I did go to all of the villages for different vibes, from food trucks to breakfast on the beach.
What made this trip different for me, though, was getting to experience the newer dining in Treasure Beach Village. The Pinta Food Hall is a great addition and honestly one of the most practical setups for families. You’ve got different types of food, so everyone can have what they want without it turning into a negotiation every meal. I had some tacos, some spring rolls, and some a Jerk Platter with sausage, chicken and pork, all in the same meal! It’s quick, flexible, and still feels like quality food instead of just a buffet line. I also enjoyed Butch’s Island Chop House, which brings a more upscale steakhouse feel into the mix and is a noticeable step up for a dinner experience at Beaches.

The biggest advantage overall is still variety. You can go from something quick and easy during the day to a more elevated dinner at night, and it constantly feels like real, good food, not just resort food. For families, this makes a big difference because everyone can find something they actually want to eat, which removes a lot of stress from the trip. Some restaurants do get busy at peak dinner times, but it never felt overwhelming if you planned even a little bit ahead. Overall, the food here is not just “good for an all-inclusive.” It’s legitimately good, and the additions in Treasure Beach make it even stronger. I’m not just saying this! I am a dedicated foodologist, and food matters to me.
Who I Think Treasure Beach Village Is Best For
After seeing it in person, I think Treasure Beach Village is especially strong for families who want a more comfortable, more updated stay and are willing to pay a bit more for that experience.
It makes a lot of sense for families with younger kids because the extra space and better room flow can take some pressure off the day-to-day routine of a resort trip. It also works well for families with teens, because the resort gives them plenty to do, but the accommodations still feel comfortable enough for everyone to recharge.
I also think this is a great fit for first-time Beaches guests. If someone is making a big family trip to Beaches Turks & Caicos for the first time, Treasure Beach Village gives them a very strong first impression of the property. I recommend this place to everyone! It’s just an easy vacation, and parents love it as much as the kids do! There’s even a kids swim-up-bar. How can you beat that!
Okay, I also recommend it to couples without kids. Why? The beach. The food. The accommodations. The vibe. It’s all good.
How Treasure Beach Compares to the Other Villages
Every village at Beaches Turks & Caicos has its own personality, and that is part of what makes the resort appealing. Treasure Beach does not make the other villages irrelevant. It just gives families a newer and more elevated option.
Caribbean Village still has that classic Beaches feel and remains a familiar choice for many returning guests. French Village can make sense for value-minded families, especially if being farther from the beach is not a dealbreaker. Italian Village continues to be a favorite because of its energy, family appeal, and strong central location. It’s also next to the “big” pool that gets a lot of action. Key West Village has a more relaxed and higher-end feel that appeals to some travelers who want a quieter atmosphere.
Treasure Beach Village fits in as the newest, most modern family-focused option. It feels like Beaches looked at what families already loved and then improved on the comfort and space side of the equation.

Is Treasure Beach Village Worth the Price?
In my opinion, for many families, yes. It is likely going to cost more than some of the older room categories in other villages, but after seeing it for myself, I can say that the higher price does come with meaningful advantages.
You are paying for newer accommodations, better layouts, and a more polished overall feel. You are also still getting full access to everything that makes Beaches Turks & Caicos such a popular family resort in the first place, including the beach, restaurants, kids programming, pools, and waterpark.
If this is a major family vacation and you want a village that feels current, comfortable, and designed with real family travel in mind, Treasure Beach is a very strong option.

My Honest Take After Visiting
After visiting last month, I would not describe Treasure Beach Village as just another expansion. It feels like a real step forward for Beaches Turks & Caicos. It keeps the fun and energy people already love about the resort, but it adds a more refined and practical family experience.
That’s why I think there is so much interest in it right now. Families are not just looking for a pretty room. They want a resort stay that works well, feels easy, and gives everyone enough space to enjoy the trip. From what I saw, Treasure Beach Village does that very well. There’s so much to do at the resort!
