• Do I need a passport to travel to a Sandals or Beaches resort?

Yep. If you are traveling from the U.S. or Canada to a resort outside your home country (such as Jamaica, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Barbados, Turks & Caicos, Grenada or any other of the Resorts), you’ll need a valid passport.

• Are gratuities included at Beaches and Sandals Resorts?

Yes. Tipping is not required or expected at most Sandals or Beaches Resorts, except for optional tipping of Butlers (encouraged), Spa staff, Off-property excursions and transportation, and other staff as appreciated.

• What’s the difference between Sandals and Beaches Resorts?

Sandals is adults-only (18+), perfect for couples, honeymoons, and romantic getaways. Ooh la la.

Beaches is family-friendly fun, and caters to kids, teens, and multigenerational families. Adults love them, too.

• Are there adults-only areas at Beaches Resorts?

Nope. Beaches is a family resort, but there are quiet pools and adults-only dining areas in select resorts.

• Is there Wi-Fi at Beaches and Sandals Resorts?

Yes. Wi-Fi is free and available in rooms and public areas. Enjoy, but try not to do any work while you are there!

• Do Beaches and Sandals offer room service?

Yes, in Club Level and Butler suites. And it is available 24/7 in the Butler Elite rooms.

• Are Beaches and Sandals Resorts accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. Most resorts offer accessible rooms and amenities for guests with mobility or sensory impairments. Be sure to confirm availability at your preferred location, or I can help you with this if you contact me.

• Do Beaches Resorts have babysitting available?

Yes, they call it Kids Camp, and it’s for kids 0 to 17 years old! And it’s free. Private childcare is also available for an extra fee. You can read more about these options here, and I can help you book these services.

• Can you get baby supplies at Beaches Resorts?

Yes. You can request cribs,
high chairs, strollers, bottle warmers and even baby food. I can certainly help you with these options. Just contact me.

• Can you book Sandals and Beaches Resort through a travel agent?

Yes. I know a good travel agent that can help you out! Why should you use a travel agent? Well, the prices are the same, there are no extra fees, you may get extra perks, and if anything goes crazy, you can contact me and I will work it out for you.

Yep. Here is some more information. They are renovating the property and will be closing May 31, 2025. Beaches will be opening new properties in 2026! Beaches Negril is a great option.
