Sandals Club Level
Club Level is a step up from the Luxury Level. They have a few key perks that make a big difference—starting with room service from 7 AM to 10 PM. That means you can enjoy breakfast in bed, have lunch delivered while you lounge, or set up a romantic dinner right on your balcony or patio—no need to dress up or leave your suite if you don’t feel like it.
When you book a Club Level suite, you’re welcomed by the Club Sandals Concierge, who’ll greet you with a refreshing towel (warm or cool), check you in at the private Club Sandals Lounge, and guide you through a personalized resort orientation. You’ll also receive a welcome packet filled with everything you need to start your vacation right. I always like to check out the resort in full before relaxing, so I know what options I have throughout the trip. The orientation help out a lot.
Club Sandals Lounge is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM and includes a flat-screen TV, books, board games, a tea and coffee station, and light snacks and pastries available throughout the day. It’s the perfect spot to relax, especially if the weather’s a bit moody or you’re in between activities.
If you want help planning a romantic dinner on the beach, a spa day, or a private island tou, The Club Sandals Concierge is there to handle it for you, so you can focus on doing absolutely nothing—or everything. I like to choose everything!

Butler Elite Level
